In 1975, architect Wilfrido Aldana R. became the founding president of Rotary Club San Carlos, helping establish a service organization grounded in fellowship, responsibility and commitment to the community.
His leadership marked the beginning of a story that has continued for more than five decades. Generations of Rotarians have carried that original spirit forward through educational support, community projects and partnerships built around real local needs.
